AIM strives to partner with districts and schools to provide administrative and special program support for Special Education, Section 504, dyslexia, and MTSS/RTI. Our experienced staff of innovative educators will tailor services based on clients' needs.
On-site or remote support for administrators and teachers- Collaborative Coaching to further develop LEA administrators and teachers
- 504 Program Coordination of processes, procedures, and implementation
- Specially designed instructional programs to include support, coaching, and modeling
- Campus or District folder audit as required by state and federal guidelines
- Folder Audit to prepare for TEA Cyclical Monitor - Desk Review
- Development of documents
- Fully editable shell for the LEA’s to map out their individualized vision or mission, protocols and procedures, and state and federal guidelines
